According to the Amendment to the General Implementation Communiqué on Value Added Tax (VAT), published in the Official Gazette on January 31, 2018, Issue 30318, VAT is applied to services provided electronically to individuals who are not VAT taxpayers and do not have a residence, business, legal, or operational center in Turkey.

On the Joygame payment page, after selecting your payment method, you need to choose the amount you want to purchase. Once you select the amount, you must click on the option that says "I agree to the addition of 20% VAT to the selected amount" before proceeding. Once you check this option, you can continue with the process. Otherwise, you cannot proceed with the transaction.
The additional fee is the 20% VAT mentioned in the communiqué. Additionally, when you click on the question mark icon next to the button on the relevant page, the explanation in the pop-up window also indicates this information.
