Payments made via Bank Transfer may take up to 3 business days to be credited to your account. Payments made on Friday or over the weekend may be credited to your account by the following Monday.
If the payment hasn't been credited to your account within 3 business days, you need to send the payment receipt for us to investigate the issue. Once you send the receipt, we can check the status and provide you with more information.
