I Participated in the 1+ Box Campaign, But I Haven't Received My Gifts

Upon reviewing the requests related to the 1+ box campaigns, we have found that the purchase was made after the campaign ended.

Even if the campaign has ended, it may still appear active on the server you logged into before the campaign ended. Therefore, as we mentioned in the campaign announcements, we recommend changing servers before making a purchase to ensure the campaign is still active.

If you are sure you made the purchase while the campaign was active, please create a request with the following information for us to conduct an investigation:

• What is the name of the box in the campaign?
• What date and time did you participate in the campaign?
