All support requests created before April 23, 2025 have been closed to user access.
These requests are no longer visible on the Support Center interface.
All archived requests are securely stored in Joygame’s internal data archive.
❓ What Should I Do?
If you would like to follow up on a support request you created in the past:

Please create a new support request related to the issue.

If needed, provide the previous request number or the date to our support team.

This operation was carried out as part of a system restructuring and to improve user experience. The purpose is to:
