The responsibility for account security lies primarily with the user/account owner.
Our User Agreement states that you are responsible for securing your account. (To read the User Agreement again, use the "User Agreement" link).
Additionally, to secure your account, you should pay attention to the following rules:
- Do not share your Joygame password with anyone.
- Never trust sites that advertise "Free Joypara" or similar offers outside of Joygame.
- Never log in to any site other than www.joygame.com with your username and password.
- Keep your anti-virus programs up to date.
- Do not use simple passwords like 12345, abcde.
- Make sure there are no cheat programs on your computer. These programs often carry viruses and trojans.
- Be careful not to use the same name for in-game character names as your username.
- Our OGs never ask for your password, so if there’s an issue, only send a request to the Netmarble Support Center for assistance.
- If you log in from an internet café, make sure to clear your cookies when you log out.
- Joygame does not support actions such as account buying, selling, transferring, partnership, lottery, trading, etc. according to its rules. The responsibility lies entirely with the account owner.
- Pay attention to the validity of the email you used when registering for Joygame.
In cases where your account is stolen, it is essential to follow these rules to secure your account.
