To change the email address of your account, you need to provide the following information to us in a complete and orderly manner. After submitting your request, you should also attach your files in JPG format.
For your email change request to be reviewed, you must submit the request through the account whose email you want to change.
Required information:

Why do you want to change your email address? (This is mandatory.)

You must send a front-and-back screenshot of your Turkish Republic Identity Card.
This is required for account security.
(You can transfer the image to your computer using a browser or take a photo.)
On the screenshot of the Turkish Republic Identity Card, you may write the following: "This document is prepared to be submitted to Joygame for the change of the email address registered to my username, and cannot be used for other purposes." -
You must send a screenshot of the receipt, invoice, e-pin, Ininal transaction history, or the phone number used if you made a mobile payment from the relevant account.
If you send a screenshot of the "Transactions" section in Joygame, no further action will be taken. If no payment has been made for the account in the past, you should indicate that. (A screenshot will also suffice.) -
You must provide your current email address and the new email address. (This is mandatory.)

You must send screenshots of all emails sent to your email address by us. (This is important.)

You must send the oldest in-game screenshots related to your account. (This is important.)

If there has been a name change on your account, you must provide your previous in-game names.
Warning:
Once you submit the information above, your request will be reviewed.
If there are errors, account transfers, sales, exchanges, or contradictions in the information provided, changes will not be made.
