For players using the Windows operating system, follow these steps to learn about your graphics card model:

Click on "Run" from the Start menu, type "dxdiag" in the opened window, and click "OK".
(On Windows 7, simply press the Windows key on your keyboard and type "dxdiag" in the screen that appears.)

When the "dxdiag" program opens, select the "Display" tab. The model of your graphics card will be listed next to the Name section.
