To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

Open the C:/Users folder. (In Turkish operating systems, it will appear as C:/Kullanıcılar.)

Enter the folder with your username.

In the AppData\Local directory, delete all files inside the "Temp" folder.

Then, follow the Start/Run steps, type "chkdsk", and wait for the disk to be cleaned.

Finally, run the installation file again and install the game.
